The Coaching Better Workshop is an efficient way for you as an athletic director to bring together coaches of all sports to examine priorities, build a positive culture and continuity, evaluate and enhance performance, and prepare for success.

The content presented here provides you with a package of instructor materials that you will use to lead your coaches through the workshop. As AD-facilitator, you will have everything you need to conduct the workshop with ease.
