Sports Strength Print CE Course allows you to train with a purpose and use the right techniques to produce results in your clients and athletes. This program teaches upper- and lower-body strength exercises that can be performed on the playing field, in the weight room, or right in your client’s home. The included DVD demonstrates cues and suggested equipment to help you design programs. The course concludes with a continuing education exam for credit through participating organizations.
