This supplemental issue of Motor Control (MC) presents abstracts from the presentations at the 2007 Progress in Motor Control VI conference held August 9-12, 2007 in Santos, Brazil. The issue covers a variety of topics in motor control including the brain and neurophysiology, physical activity and sports, movement disorders, and rehabilitation.
MC provides a multidisciplinary, international forum for the exchange of scientific information on the control of human movement across the life span, including issues related to motor disorders. To this end, MC publishes clinical, experimental, modeling, and theoretical studies from a variety of disciplines, including biomechanics, kinesiology, neurophysiology, neuroscience, psychology, physical medicine, and rehabilitation.
