How do I get an Adobe ID or recover forgotten IDs and passwords?

Go to the My Adobe Sign in page to do the following:

• Create an Adobe account. Supply an Adobe ID (usually your email address) and a password of your choice.
• Recover forgotten IDs and passwords. The Sign In page has the links “Did you forget your Adobe ID?” and “Did you forget your password?” Click them for assistance. If you are unsuccessful, the Adobe Sign In page leads you directly to Support.
