Fitness for Life is a program for K-12 physical education and personal fitness courses. The Elementary School program is a package of teacher resources with DVDs that includes everything needed to implement a coordinated nutrition, physical activity, and wellness program. At the middle and high school levels, the student-friendly textbook engages student interest and the teacher resources make teaching the course easy and convenient.
