The Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) is the single peak professional organisation promoting excellence in, and recognition of, exercise and sports science. Representing over 2,000 allied health professionals, ESSA members are tertiary trained in exercise and sports practice, qualified to comprehensively assess an individual’s exercise capacity and ensure participation is safe, yet achieves optimum results.
