Individuals trying to improve their agility and quickness often perform pre-programmed [closed] movements in a stable environment—the distance, pattern and timing all remain the same. While these types of drills are good for mastering technique, they may not adequately prepare individuals for daily movement and athletes for game situations. "Agility and Quickness Training for Performance Improvement" provided a step by step process on how to train those individuals you work with to achieve peak levels of performance with agility and quickness.

Roozen has over 25 years experience as a strength and conditioning coach at the high school, college and professional level. He has worked with over 30,000 youth doing sport camps across the country.
