About the presenter

David Sandler is the Senior Director of Education and Performance for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Sandler has been a strength and conditioning coach and consultant for more than 20 years working with some of the world’s best athletes. He has written hundreds of articles, 6 books, (Fundamental Weight Training and Sports Power), developed dozens of exercise videos and is a regular advisor to television and columnist for many mainstream fitness publications.
