Dynamic Alignment Through Imagery Audio

The second edition of Dynamic Alignment Through Imagery gives you the opportunity to listen to four audio recordings of imagery processes. Author Eric Franklin created these recordings to help increase the understanding of how imagery is used effectively and assist in embodying dynamic alignment. Following are the names of the recordings, their approximate run times, and brief descriptions:
- Dynamic Alignment (12:30) uses imagery exercises to introduce you to core concepts of dynamic alignment, including postural sway, counterbalancing, anatomical planes, and the central axis. Listen to MP3
- Focusing on Space (8:00) walks you through imagery exercises that ask you to imagine different spaces as vividly as possible, using multiple senses. Listen to MP3
- Practicing Sensory Imagery (8:37) continues the exploration of the senses (visual, kinesthetic, tactile, auditory, gustatory, and olfactory) to produce more vivid images, which enhances the effectiveness of using imagery. Listen to MP3
- The Inner Flashlight (10:47) is an imagery exercise that allows you to view the space within your body three-dimensionally and also to appreciate the distances between and relationships among these spaces. Listen to MP3
