The International Coalition for Aging and Physical Activity (ICAPA) is an international not-for-profit group of researchers and practitioners that promotes the study of active aging; the enhanced delivery of services to older adults; and the collection, dissemination, and discussion of information to help professionals further their work.
If your organization focuses on the study of aging or delivers programs and services to older adults, please consider joining ICAPA. It’s free; there are no dues, but member organizations must be willing to participate in the Active Aging Community Center because the Coalition works through the AACC to accomplish its goals.

Internation Council on Active Aging (ICAA)
The International Council on Active Aging® (ICAA) was founded in the belief that unifying the efforts of the organizations focused on older adults benefits both the people they reach and the organizations themselves. Today, the vision is shared by over 8,000 organizations connected to the ICAA network.
Whether retirement community, seniors center or fitness club, all ICAA members share a common interest in reaching older adults with active-aging messages, facilities, programs and guidance. The ICAA supports these professionals and organizations with education, information, resources and tools so they can achieve optimal success with this market.
