What happens when my Senior Fitness Test database corrupts?

If your database for Senior Fitness Test software corrupts, the following things might occur:

Your database starts losing information.
Your information becomes scrambled.
You’re denied access to your database.

There is no means to repair a corrupt database. The only thing you can do is replace your database. There are two ways you can do this:

1. Restore from a backup:

A. If you can access the program, you can simply click on the Options menu and select Backup/Restore.
B. Select Restore and then select your backup file.
C. Restart Senior Fitness Test and your data are restored.

2. Create a new database:

A. The following compressed file is located in the Senior Fitness Test directory on your hard drive, BlankDatabase.ZIP.
B. Unzip this file to your Senior Fitness Test directory.
C. Restart Senior Fitness Test and re-enter your data.

Note: If you have exported your database in the AFA format, you can import your groups and participants.
