A. If you are not able to use the Respondus program to work with the online test or you are on a Mac and not able to use Respondus, you can download the online test package in Word files.
- Go to the Online Ancillary site of the title you are using.
- Click View Instructor Resources and then sign in.
- Click on Test Package. The Test Package download page will appear.
- Under step 1 is a link that says View the test bank as Word files. Click this link and you will be able to download or save the test bank files by chapter.
