Q. How do I get the key code when I purchase an Online Education Center course, and how long does it take?

A. When you purchase an Online Education Center course, you will receive an e-mail with your key code in approximately two or three business days. The key codes are not sent until payment has been received and processed.

You do have immediate access to the course itself, but you will have to wait for the key code to take the exam.

If it has been more than three business days since you ordered your course, please send the following information to keycodesupport@hkusa.com and someone will investigate this for you:

• Name of person who placed the order

• Name of person on the shipping address

• Titles of courses purchased

• Whether you purchase by phone, online, or mail

• When you purchased the course

• How you paid for the course: credit card, personal check

• Call-back information

• Current e-mail address

• Telephone number
