Why am I being asked to register again?


I’ve already registered my HealthScreen program and entered data, but when I opened HealthScreen, it asked me to register the program again. This problem has been addressed, and the fix is located in the update file below. After downloading the update file, you will need to run the update program. This will update your HealthScreen program so it will not become unregistered in the future. You will have to call Human Kinetics to receive a new unlock code after installing the update file. All of the data you entered into the program will still be available after you have registered the program again. If you purchased the Agency edition of HealthScreen, this update file will need to be installed on all machines that have HealthScreen installed on them. Do not download this file unless your program has prompted you to register again.
