If you have registered with our Web site and are trying to place an order, but your shopping cart is empty or it will not let you complete the order, you may not have fully registered due to settings on your browser.
If you have Privacy set to High in Internet Explorer or cookies disabled in any browser, it will begin to register you. It will create an account in step 1, and then it will look like it is accepting your address info, but it really won’t. The result is a blank screen with an HK header.
To correct this, you can click on Edit Info on our Web site after you have signed in and enter your address information.
