If all teachers are entering data into a single class and are doing it at the same time, there will be instances of one teacher’s data overriding another teacher’s data, possible duplication of student and test information, lost data, and corruption to the database. Using this method will seriously compromise the validity of the data. Our only recommendation is that the program be used in the way it was designed, which means teachers are added to the program and classes are created for each teacher and populated with students.
