Installation of Fitnessgram 6 for Windows The CD includes both the teacher and student Fitnessgram programs. During the installation process, you’ll need to select whether to install either the teacher or student program or to install both programs. The installation process is the same regardless of your selection.
- Insert the Fitnessgram CD-ROM into the drive.
- Click on the Start button on your toolbar in the lower left corner of the screen. Then select the Run... icon.
- In the text box, type "x:\setup.exe" (x is the letter that corresponds to your CD-ROM drive). Click OK.
- Follow the prompts to install the software. Remember, install Fitnessgram to your hard drive, not to a network drive.
- The default file path is c:\ftgr60.
- Display settings should be 800 x 600 or higher screen resolution.

- Double-click on the file Fitnessgram Installer to begin the installation.

- The default folder name is Fitnessgram6.
- Settings should be set to 832 x 624 screen resolution or higher.
