Free support is available for 90 days after product activation. Annual support, including free upgrades, is available solely through Core Health for $49.00 ($89.00 CDN) per year thereafter. Core Assist support representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), at 866-396-2673 ext. 2.
