How do I purchase a retest exam for my ASEP course?
A. If you need to purchase a retest exam for your online ASEP course, you will need to sign on to the ASEP Web site at www.asep.com/.
Click on Continue My Courses.
Next to the course title of the exam you did not pass is a View Details button where you can view the results of your exam.
On that screen you can click the Purchase Retest button and follow the online instructions from there.
If you do not see a Purchase Retest button on the Details screen, then your course has expired and you will need to contact ASEP Support at ASEPSupport@hkusa.com .
