Click on the National Coaches Registry located in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
Choose View My Transcript. This is located on the page as well as in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
On the next screen you will either sign in (if you have previously registered with the Web site) or register and create a user account on the Web site.
If this is your first time registering, you will need to create an ASEP ID number. This should be the same ID number you used on your test. If it is not, your records will not merge.
If you cannot remember your ASEP ID number, please call 800-747-5698 or e-mail support at ASEPsupport@asep.com.
Your transcript will appear on the next screen.
In the course record will be the names of all ASEP courses completed.
To the right of the date-completed field is a printer icon.
If you select the printer icon, a course completion certificate will be created and set to print.
The certificate must be printed because it cannot be saved.
