How do I request Respondus test bank files in Word format?

If you would like the online ancillary test package files in Word format (versus downloading and installing the Respondus software), you can request these online.

• Open the ancillary instructor resource site online.
• Click on View Instructor Resources.
• Sign in.
• Click on Test Package.
• Under step 1, you will see a message with a link: (If you are unable to install Respondus LE, request the test bank as Word files.)
• The words Request the Test Bank are an active link. Click on that link.
• The test bank files will be e-mailed to you in Word format by chapter.
