Follow the instructions received from your sales rep on entering students into the class, but make sure that the information you have for the students is accurate, and you need to know what the students will be entering for themselves on their end. If the information is not identical, it will create a duplicate student. It can be been much easier for you to just create the class and leave the roster alone. When the students click Join Class on their side and enter their data, it will automatically add them to the instructor’s class roster.
