When entering your key code to access your ASEP online exam, you need to type in the key code and click Submit. Click the course title to access the course and click the Take Test link to enter the exam. If you have not entered your key code yet, then it would not say Take Test; it would say Enter Key Code Above.
Next to the course title of the exam you did not pass is a View Details button where you can view the results of your exam. On that screen you can click the Purchase Retest button and follow the online instructions from there. How do I purchase a retest exam for my ASEP course?
