Development of a Total Physical Fitness Evaluation Method Without Performing Exercise Testing
The purpose of this study is to develop a nonexercise test model to predict total physical fitness (TPF) from health indicators that are easily obtained. The mechanism of our health promotion system is that the assessment of physical fitness level for individuals is done by using self-reported physical fitness, body composition, and physical activity profiles. The self-reported physical fitness questionnaire consisted of 64 items on physical fitness activities in daily life.
