Plan on spending 30 to 60 seconds stretching each part of the body (neck, eyes, shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, hips, calves, hamstrings, thighs, ankles, and feet). After stretching the shoulders, move on to side stretches. Reach for the toes of your left leg, leaning at the waist toward the outstretched leg.
