Web Study Guide

The web study guide includes 102 activities, including 29 video-based activities, that help make the material in the text come alive and give students a chance to reflect on the concepts in depth. Students will be able to view video clips of coach–athlete interactions, sport psychology consultants using techniques and tools with their clients, and experts discussing research and practice, then complete activities based on what they see and hear.
