Web Resource /Online Video

The web resource includes PDFs of 14 forms and tables from the book. These materials were designed to help users, particularly school teachers, enhance and simplify their data collection and reporting and disseminate reports and other information to participants, parents, schools, and other constituencies. Examples of possible uses include bulletin boards, individual report cards, and class and school summary reports. Available items include a physical fitness profile sheet, fitness zone tables 3 through 12, the target stretch test, and two forms for collecting and interpreting individual data using the Brockport Physical Fitness Test Manual.

The web resource includes an introductory video explaining the basics of the Brockport fitness test, as well as video clips of adapted physical educators and students demonstrating 26 of the fitness tests from the book. Clips fall into major categories—aerobic functioning, body composition, musculoskeletal functioning strength and endurance, and musculoskeletal functioning flexibility or range of motion—and appear in the same order as the tests in the book for easy access.
