A stock text, Health and Wellness for Life, is also available, and both the custom and stock text are available as eBooks. The online study guide is a dynamic and interactive learning experience that reinforces the content in the text. The study guide includes an introduction and 21 numbered chapters, corresponding to the organization of the text. After the introduction, and after reading the related chapter in the text, students complete reviews of the chapter’s key concepts and terms.
