Watch and listen now! Agility and Quickness Training for Performance Improvement

Mark Roozen presented "Agility and Quickness Training for Performance Improvement" on Tuesday, Dec. 6th, 2011.
Description: Individuals trying to improve their agility and quickness often perform pre-programmed [closed] movements in a stable environment—the distance, pattern and timing all remain the same. While these types of drills are good for mastering technique, they may not adequately prepare individuals for daily movement and athletes for game situations. "Agility and Quickness Training for Performance Improvement" provided a step by step process on how to train those individuals you work with to achieve peak levels of performance with agility and quickness.
