En 2015, j’ai effectué des circuits fessiers de dix minutes, quatre jours par semaine après chaque session d’haltérophilie, tout au long de ma préparation de six semaines pour mon championnat national de bikini. Associés à plus de huit ans d’expérience à soulever des charges et un déficit calorique constant, je suis montée sur scène avec un physique d’enfer et des fesses bien rondes.
