Submission Guidelines and Review Policy

Listings of physical education and exercise science conferences, conventions, congresses, symposia, meetings, lectures, seminars, trade shows, and workshops are appropriate in this section of Conferences and Events if they meet the following guidelines.

1. The listing must pertain to or be relevant to the physical activity field (exercise science, kinesiology, physical education, sports medicine, etc.).
   
   
2. The event listing must be education-based. Sporting events or contests, recreational events, or entertainment activities are not included in Conferences and Events.
   
   
3. The event must be organized by an agency that serves an entire state, region, or country and is open to people throughout the state, region, or country.
   
   
4. The listing will be provided in English only. Events where English will not be the major language spoken may be listed here if the event organizer provides an English translation.
   
   
5. All physical activity event listings are subject to review for content and placement within the appropriate category. Your event listing will be reviewed within 72 hours of receipt. You will receive an e-mail message with confirmation or denial of the listing.
   
   
6. Listings will be automatically deleted after the ending date of the conference or event.
   
   
7. HK reserves the right to refuse any event listing for any reason.
