All journal subscriptions will be shipped from the U.S. using appropriate currency. Canadian, Europe, New Zealand, or Australian orders will be billed in these locations. All other orders will be billed from our U.S. office.
If you have ordered a journal subscription, it will begin with the next issue published, unless otherwise requested. Journal subscriptions for U.S. destinations are mailed via USPS. Journal subscriptions for destinations outside the U.S. are shipped via air freight to the country of destination and entered into the local postal system. Most journal issues arrive within three weeks of release.
Australia Shipping Information
Orders from Australian customers are shipped from Adelaide via Australia Post. If the items are in stock, your order will be dispatched in one to two working days and will take three to four working days to arrive. If the items are not in stock, you will be notified immediately and your order will be placed on back order. Express Post is available to metropolitan areas on request and is $15.00 per bag. Express Post charges replace the standard shipping charges and are not added on top. Please contact us A.S.A.P. if you would like this option. All journal subscriptions will be shipped from the U.S. but billed in Australian dollars. Issues will take three to four weeks to arrive from date of publication. Journal subscriptions begin with the next issue published, unless otherwise requested.
