If you are trying to access your online course and you click the Enter Key Code button and try to enter your key code and it comes back as invalid, you might need to check to see if you have already entered it once.
To do this, go to My Courses. Instead of clicking the course title to enter your course, click on the Show Details link to the right of the title. Show Details gives you a summary of your course information and exam. If it says there is no information for this course, then you have not entered your key code yet and need to contact us for assistance. But if it shows the organisation information, then the key code has already been entered once.
You enter your key code only one time to activate the exam portion of your course.
