Usability Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Usability Analyst, you will gain exposure to the Human Kinetics business in producing a range of usability deliverables. You will work closely with developers, designers, and project leads to make sure that our day-to-day creative output leads to a positive user experience. Depending on your experience and skills, you may focus on
- Static and dynamic websites, mobile applications, or stand-alone software products.
- Support and participate in usability testing activities. You will need to understand testing options and how to use results to improve the user experience.
- Create deliverables such as wireframes, flow diagrams, site maps, use cases, and high-level prototypes that serve as a guide for the content, design, and technology team to implement.
- Act as Project Lead on projects with a significant focus on user-experience.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstration of strong user experience, creative, and organizational vision for the web, mobile, and software applications
- Understanding of information design and usability best practices
- Investigate and resolve user experience issues through evaluation and testing
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Proficiency with computers, office productivity software, and electronic collaborative tools
- Strong writing, verbal, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Effective time and resource management skills
