Requires excellent critical thinking skills to provide advance customer support for online, client-server software applications and web applications. A wide breadth of knowledge and experience in a variety of technology areas including operating systems, hardware, software, server platforms, SQL and Internet browsers is required. Excellent customer support skills with the ability to work with non-technical customers is a must. Previous help desk experience desired. Associates Degree or higher in a computer-related field or equivalent experience in a help-desk, technical support or other computer related role is required.
