Administrative Assistant - Technology Group

Human Kinetics is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant in their Technology Department. This unique and exciting position provides administrative support for the Application Development, Tech Customer Support, and Network Information Systems teams that make up the group, alongside the Technology Director. The successful candidate must have extensive experience working in Excel as well as other Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Access. They should have excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written). The candidate should have the ability to multi-task, schedule meetings & travel arrangements, answer customer calls, process payroll, maintain vendor & cell phone contracts, edit & distribute reports, and coordinate purchase orders, invoices and cc receipts. The qualified applicant should feel comfortable working both individually and with a team on a variety of projects. A background or familiarity with current Technology devices or trends is preferred. 2 year degree and 1 year of administrative experience is required.
