Sport and human performance may be optimized with proper strength and conditioning training. One region of the body that challenges both strength training professionals and rehabilitation specialists is the core. Training programs for the core are continually evolving with new clinical recommendations and new research frequently published. The purpose of this webinar is to update 2011’s presentation by Dr. Brumitt with new research findings and current trends in the assessment and training for the core.
Jason Brumitt, PT, PhD, SCS, ATC, CSCS is an assistant professor of physical therapy at Pacific University in Oregon.
