Active Aging Today (AAT) is the Active Aging Community Center’s peer-reviewed multimedia journal for practitioners and administrators. If you’re an activity leader, fitness instructor, physical therapist, medical professional, program director, or someone preparing to enter one of these careers, you’ll find inspiration and innovation in Active Aging Today.
You’ll discover practical, how-to information to expand your knowledge and invigorate your daily work. You’ll learn about:
