The winter months are upon us and many people can suffer mood changes during this time. There are several things a person can do to help fight both general and seasonal sadness.
1. Keep the same sleep hours on workdays and weekends.
2. Keep consistency in your eating patterns.
3. Spend some time outside.
4. Purchase a light-therapy box and use it for 30 minutes each day.
5. Keep indoor lights on at a dim rate rather than bright and glaring.
