In the Netherlands we are doing a pilot with care tv; most of the seniors don't go to their excercise classes more then once in a week. That's not enough for reaching the Pate standard(30minutes, 5 day's aweek) We try to increase their exercise in a virtual way. Twice a week at a certain time they can log in -as a group- and have interactive contact with the exercise leader. And of course after the exercise a virtual cup of coffee. Do you know this kind of developments; if yes are the research reports. Recently I did visit such a project in Finland (Espo) quite interesting for exercise promotion. Are there worldwide more experiences?? Please let me know.
