Easy Moves for Active Ageing (EMAA) leader training courses, Active Aging South Australia

Training courses are conducted in both regional and metropolitan South Australia

Sponsoring or host organization:
EMAA in conjunction with Active Aging South Australia

Dates or duration of program:
1 to 2 day courses for a range of EMAA programs

The purpose of EMAA courses is assist professionals in the area of aged care in bringing active ageing into their workplace, and allowing them to conduct exercise classes for their patients.
The possible courses include:

  • Easy Moves for Active Ageing®
  • Easy Moves for Active Ageing® - Music (EMAA-Music)
  • Exercise Bands
  • NoFalls Exercise Program
  • Tai Chi Chair
  • Tai Chi Dementia
